August 27 Open House at Frederick & Arguello

  • PDF

Please come by 780 Frederick Street (near Arguello - next to Kezar Stadium) between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 27, for a presentation of the new look of the site.  The HANC Recycling Center is transitioning to a community garden, garden resource and reuse center.  We can save the City the $250,000 it wants to spend to create a community garden.  Come and see how gardening and recycling can co-exist.  There will be welcoming ceremonies, refreshments, and special guests.  Bring a friend, a spade, and your recyclables, and join your neighbors in celebrating the new look of our site.
